Tray based tooth whitening systems involve filling a mouth guard-like tray with a gel whitening solution that contains a peroxide bleaching agent. The trays will fit your teeth exactly, which allows the trays to stay in close contact with your tooth enamel, providing optional whitening.  It may take longer to achieve the desired shade with this method, but you will have the added convenience of being able to watch your favorite show in the comfort of your home as you whiten!
